About-ICMAGMA-2014
The international conference on magnetic materials and applications (ICMAGMA-2014) is being organized by the Department of Physics, Pondicherry University, Pondicherry, India in association with the Magnetics Society of India (MSI) during September 15-17, 2014. The objective of the conference is to provide a platform of interaction for scientists, experts and technologists working on the fundamental understandings of magnetism in fine scale, R&D on futuristic materials and technologies for next generation. The conference will consist of sessions covering plenary talks, invited lectures, contributed oral and poster presentations.
Welcome Message
The duration 15-17, September 2014 is going to be made memorable by a congregation of internationally reputed delegates in the field of magnetism at Department of Physics, Pondicherry University (a central University) Pondicherry, India on the eve of organizing INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON MAGNETIC MATERIALS AND APPLICATIONS 2014 (ICMAGMA-2014) in association with a prestigious Magnetics Society of India (MSI). The general body of MSI has proposed to organize ICMAGMA as a conference series in the years to come. I feel it as my pleasant responsibility to cordially invite you all, on behalf of the Organizing Committee of ICMAGMA 2014 to be held during 15-17 September 2014 in Pondicherry India.
The program of the ICMAGMA 2014 consists of 9 Sessions covering 9 Plenary talks, 12 Keynote addresses, 15 Invited Talks, 75 oral presentations and around 80 poster presentations to be held as three parallel technical sessions justifying all the 18 topics of conference. ICMAGMA 2014 would become a strong ground for a high quality exchange of scientific results and ideas by the researchers and scientists from both academia and industries. Furthermore, it would also offer a strong platform to present and discuss the cutting-edge research, to help both students and researchers for future collaborations. Hence, I sincerely believe that the scientists actively engaged in magnetic materials research and developments would greatly benefit in participating in the meeting and gain deeper academic insights.
